When you reach Nowra, head east at the turning signposted Currarong/Greenwell Point.
Follow this road and take the right turn signposted to Culburra Beach (a red community hall is on this corner).
Using the map below, follow the signs for Penguin Head Road and at the end of the road bear left.
Tilbury Cove Villas are on the left hand side, a short distance from this junction.
